No. This page helps you prepare an upgrade enquiry. CHT will review eligibility and share a quote. A change is only confirmed after you review and accept the applicable terms.
Do I pay the full price of the new package?
Ask CHT for the upgrade amount applicable to your current package. The team must confirm how previous payments, used benefits and other charges are treated.
Are Premium, Privilege and VIP benefits the same?
Their exact benefits and differences need to be confirmed by CHT. Request a written comparison rather than assuming that a level includes a specific hotel, service or entitlement.
Can I request more nights and more room together?
Yes, you can ask the Select team to review both. Add your preferred package and room category to your enquiry; eligibility and pricing are confirmed separately.
